Push-ups? No way!
Sprawls? Ha!
Weight-lifting? Maybe 1-2lbs. Definitely not enough for me.
Swimming? Nope.
I could try running, but I've got a bad knee.
So, I'm left with walking (yawn!) and water aerobics (double yawn!). But, if I don't do something, I can guarantee my living in a psych ward by this time next year...or, more logically, by the beginning of next summer.
And what does Alayna do?
She searches and searches online and stumbles across some great things:
- yummy recipes (more like reminders of my favorite recipes: homemade fruit smoothies),
- walking for about 30 minutes each day,
- and an overall "thing" that will help me track food, exercise and more: FitDay.com.
On FitDay, I created my own deal, and made my profile public because I'm just that way. If I don't have some public support, it won't happen. I'm trying to motivate myself, but I definitely need some help. Hope my readers will be able to...that is, if I ever accumulate any readers. (Fingers crossed!)
What I find just shocking about my fitness lifestyle is that I can't do much without injuring myself even more...and I'm only 19-years-old! How rediculous is that?
Well, here goes. My goal is to get in shape/lose 15 lbs. by 31 December. Of course, my silly self decides all this when? Just before the holidays of course!
